Nicolas Torres is an aggressive and experienced criminal defense attorney at Rier Jordan, P.A. With extensive trial experience and a proven record of success, Nicolas defends clients facing serious criminal charges throughout Florida.

Before joining Rier Jordan, Nicolas worked for a prominent Washington, D.C.–based law firm, where he represented clients in high-stakes federal and state criminal cases across Florida. He also gained significant civil litigation experience at a respected boutique firm, defending ground transportation companies in catastrophic injury and large-exposure personal injury lawsuits.

A true defense attorney at heart, Nicolas began his career as a Public Defender in Broward County, where he quickly earned a reputation as a fearless and sophisticated trial advocate—both in and out of the courtroom. His deep understanding of the criminal justice system and dedication to protecting clients’ rights continue to define his practice today.
